John Karlsrud
John Karlsrud
is a Research Fellow in the Department of Security and Conflict Management at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) where he works on peacekeeping, peacebuilding and humanitarian issues. Previously he has been Special Assistant to the SRSG and Strategic Planning Officer in the UN Mission to Chad and the Central African Republic (MINURCAT) and worked with UNDP’s Regional Bureau for Africa in New York.
