Dr Ketil Fred Hansen
is associate professor in development studies at Oslo University College. Hansen holds a PhD in African History (University of Oslo 2000). His research focuses on democracy and security in francophone Africa. His most recent publications include “Conflicts in Chad: The Porous Boundaries between Politicians and Rebels” in A. M.
