Xulio Ríos

Xulio Ríos is the director of the China Political Observatory, adviser to Casa Asia (Spain) and co-ordinator of the Ibero-American Sinology Network. A scholar of Chinese topics, especially the country’s internal politics and foreign policy, he has published nine books and numerous articles on this subject in the media in Europe, America and Asia. He is currently serving as visiting professor at the Academia Sinica (Taipei).
