Wolf Grabendorff

is a German political scientist and consultant specializing in Latin American international and security relations. Former Director of the Institute for European-Latin American Relations (IRELA) in Madrid and of the Program for Regional Security Cooperation of the Friedrich-Ebert-Foundation in Santiago de Chile. Visiting Professor at various universities in Europe and the US.
