Framework agreements on conflict analysis and peacebuilding

The Norwegian Peacebuilding Resource Centre (NOREF) operates as a bridge between policy-makers and researchers both in Norway and around the world with a mission to strengthen Norwegian capacities in peacebuilding. Much of NOREF’s work to date has involved facilitating such analysis and knowledge production although other related services are also sometimes needed.
To effectively respond to current and foreseeable needs, NOREF is establishing a roster of qualified research institutes, practitioner organisations and individual consultants specialising in conflict analysis and peacebuilding, that may respond to the Centre’s rapid requests for various forms of written analysis, research, policy advice, and other specialised services and seeks to establish framework agreements with research institutes, practitioners organisations and individual consultants in the field of conflict analysis and peacebuilding.
